I wish to state that the two letters can be merged into one.  The health and safety of the apartment  is the reason I wish to remove the use of gas from the pollution problems I face there.

If you are ,as you state concerned for the health and safety of the residents in your housing, you would approve my stopping the gas burners in my apartment.

The EPA lists them as a source of Carbon Monoxide poisoning.  I wish to avoid this problem by removing an unneeded expense from my budget..

If  I could request you to  send me a copy of all “applicable provisions of the building and housing codes that affect health and safety” which I have violated, I would appreciate your cooperation
